										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MILWAUKEE (AP)  Milwaukee&#8217;s top development official and its chief financial officer will soon present details showing the proposed final piece of a $500 million funding puzzle for a new arena for the NBA&#8217;s Bucks.</p>
<p>Development Commissioner Rocky Marcoux is expected Monday to publicly lay out how the city plans to generate its $47 million share of public funding. Comptroller Martin Matson will give his fiscal analysis at the afternoon hearing.</p>
<p>The meeting marks the first opportunity for the public to give formal comment. It also starts the final stage of a process that could assure the future of the Bucks in Milwaukee.</p>
<p>The arena has been the center of a debate over whether public funds should be used to subsidize pro sports teams.</p>
