ATHENS, Ga. (AP) Georgia basketball player J.J. Frazier has been released from jail following his arrest on driving charges.
The Athens-Clarke County jail’s web site shows he was booked early Sunday and released 45 minutes later after posting a combined $2,000 bond. The misdemeanor charges were for improper driving and driving with a suspended license.
This is Frazier’s second arrest while at Georgia. In March 2014 he was cited for driving without a license.
Frazier is one of the Bulldogs’ top 3-point shooters. He averaged 9.5 points a game as a sophomore in the 2014-15 season. He started 16 of 32 games.
Georgia coach Mark Fox had no immediate comment on the arrest.
