Eastern Michigan cruises past NAIA Rochester (Mich) 86-58

YPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) James Thompson IV picked up his fifth consecutive double-double, scoring 17 points and collaring 11 rebounds to help lead Eastern Michigan to an 86-58 defeat of NAIA Rochester on Tuesday night.
