Oklahoma State coach Ford ejected from son's game

BIXBY, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma State basketball coach Travis Ford was ejected from his son’s basketball game after voicing displeasure with an official.

Ford’s son, Brooks, plays for Stillwater High. According to the Tulsa World (http://bit.ly/1HYjPRQ), the official told Ford to leave during the third quarter of Stillwater’s loss to Bartlesville in Bixby. Ford was seated with a group of Stillwater supporters a few rows behind the team’s bench.

The official was speaking with Stillwater’s coach when Ford said something and was asked to leave by the official.

Oklahoma State did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
