(STATS) – FCS All-America punter Alex Pechin of Bucknell will have a fifth season of eligibility this year due to an injury in 2016.
Pechin was lost after two games as a sophomore. The 6-foot, 200-pounder returned to earn third-team STATS All-America honors in 2017 and then the first-team nod last season, when he averaged 44.5 yards on a school-record 81 punts and helped Bucknell rank ninth in the FCS in net punting.
A three-time All-Patriot League first-teamer, Pechin will serve as a team co-captain this season.
