Montana announces future games

(STATS) – Montana has only three open dates through the 2023 season following the Big Sky school’s announcement of future schedules on Tuesday.

The Big Sky released the 2020-23 conference schedules and Montana announced the addition of future nonconference games with Dixie State (2021, 2023, 2026, and 2027), Butler (2023) and Western Carolina (2024 and 2025) – three schools the Grizzlies haven’t played previously. In addition, the return leg of the home-and-home series against South Dakota was set for Sept. 10, 2022 in Missoula.

Montana, a two-time FCS champion and seven-time finalist, will open the 2019 season at South Dakota on Aug. 31.
