(STATS) – Valparaiso will play a 12-game schedule, including half at home, during coach Landon Fox’s first season this year.
The Pioneer Football League will open the campaign on Aug. 31 at Eastern Kentucky and rotate home and away games throughout the season.
The home games are against Central Connecticut State (Sept. 14), the University of Charleston (Sept. 28) and Pioneer Football League members Dayton (Oct. 12), Stetson (Oct. 26), Morehead State (Nov. 9) and Marist (Nov. 23).
Fox, the former Dayton defensive coordinator, has taken over a Valpo squad that finished 2-9 last year.
