Dodgers’ Crawford leaves game with hamstring tightness

PHOENIX (AP) — Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford was removed from Saturday’s game at the Arizona Diamondbacks with right hamstring tightness.

Crawford was lifted for a pinch hitter in the top of the fifth inning. He was 1 for 3 with a home run and two strikeouts up to that point.

Scott Schebler replaced Crawford in left field. Crawford missed 75 games earlier this season and was on the 60-day disabled list with a strained right oblique, returning to action on July 21.

His status is day to day, the Dodgers said.
