After an offseason of major retirements and free-agent defections, the 49ers defense is a mess. They are especially thin on their depleted defensive front seven, and will have no answer for the Vikings duo of RB Adrian Peterson and QB Teddy Bridgewater on Monday Night. Bridgewater was 4-1 ATS in his final five road games of 2014, and didn’t have Peterson for any of those contests.San Francisco also went 0-6 ATS last year when the total was between 35.5 and 42 points. This won’t be a blowout, but the Vikings will win by at least a touchdown.
