ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) – Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is done talking about Chip Kelly, and says people can make up their own minds about his former coach’s motivations to part ways with several Philadelphia Eagles stars.
McCoy says he has no regrets about the comments he made suggesting Kelly might have showed racial bias in how he retooled Philadelphia’s roster the past two years. And McCoy sees no reason to explain himself further because he’s now in Buffalo.
McCoy spoke after a voluntary practice Wednesday. It was the first time he met with reporters since creating a stir by telling ESPN The Magazine that there was ”a reason (Kelly) got rid of all the black players.”
The sixth-year player and 2013 NFL rushing leader was traded to Buffalo in March.
