After suffering their first loss of the season at the hands of one New York team, the Boston Bruins will look to rebound against another when they host the Islanders on Friday.

After being hampered by a lower-body injury, defenseman Dennis Seidenberg hopes to return to the ice on Friday. “I feel good,” Seidenberg said after the team’s light workout on Thursday. “I’ll see how I feel (Friday) in the pregame skate. After that, we’ll make a decision.” Rookie Dougie Hamilton has played well in his absence and led all Bruins blue-liners in power-play time during the last game.
